Smoky Lamb Loaded Fries

Smoky Lamb Loaded FriesWhat:
1 pack Baddinsgill Lamb Mince
2 onions diced
2 garlic cloves chopped
100g chorizo chopped
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 sprigs rosemary
3 bay leaves
3 tbsp tomato puree
200g tomato ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
100g cheddar cheese
Some oven chips

How:
Sweat onions in pan for 10 mins. Add garlic, cook for 1 min.
Add lamb mince. Cook until browned.
Add all other ingredients (except the chips and cheese of course), bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 1 hour.

Pour over a pile of cooked chips, smother in grated cheese and grill until melted.
